Poland’s public debt will increase by PLN 433 billion in 2020-2021

Poland’s public debt is expected to increase by PLN 433 billion (€ 95 billion) in the first two years of the pandemic, reaching PLN 1.5 trillion (€ 329 billion) by the end 2021, Notesfrompoland.com reports.
This is an increase of 41.4% compared to 2019.
According to a report by the Ministry of Finance, the public debt increased by PLN 290 billion in 2020 and is expected to increase by PLN 143 billion this year.
